Refund and Return Policy

The short version

You have 60 nights from the day your order arrives to decide. If it is not for you, email us and we refund every cent. We pay the return shipping and you keep the free gifts. That is the 60-Night Black Shirt Guarantee and it applies to every order placed on this site.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@kamiyu.co within 60 days of delivery. Include your order number or the name you ordered under.
2. We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label and the return address.
3. Pack the dome into any box and drop it off. We only need the device back, not the gifts.
4. Once it reaches us, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Returns sent back without contacting us first cannot be tracked to your order and may delay your refund. Please email us first so we can match the parcel to you.

What you can return

• The dome. Used or unused, within 60 days. This is the item we ask to have back.
• Free gifts. Keep them. The Scalp Gel, the Scope, the comb and the turban are yours either way.
• Unopened refills. Returnable within 60 days for a full refund.

What we cannot accept

• Opened gel jars, for hygiene reasons, unless the product was faulty.
• Items returned more than 60 days after delivery.
• Items bought from a retailer other than this site. Please contact that retailer.
• Gift cards.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us a photo within 14 days and we will make it right immediately, usually with a replacement. You do not need to return a damaged item first, and this is separate from the 60-night guarantee.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the item you have and place a new order. Email us and we will make sure you are not out of pocket while the two cross in the post.

Order cancellations

If your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it in full. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it becomes a return under the terms above.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Shipping was free on your order, so the full amount you paid is refunded. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still cannot see it, email hello@kamiyu.co and we will chase it with you.
