Find your tracking number

Open the email titled "Your KAMIYU order is on the way". It is sent from the address you checked out with.
Click Track your shipment. That link goes straight to the carrier.
If you cannot find the email, check spam and promotions first. It is almost always there.

Cannot find it?

Email hello@kamiyu.co with the name or email you ordered under and we will send your tracking link back the same business day. You do not need an order number.

How long it takes

Carrier delays, public holidays and severe weather can add a day or two. If tracking has not moved for five business days, email us and we will chase it or reship it.

Something wrong with the delivery?

Marked delivered but not there. Check with neighbours and your building first, then email us. If it does not turn up within 48 hours we replace it.
Arrived damaged. Send us a photo within 14 days. We replace it and you do not need to return the damaged one.
Wrong item. Email us. We ship the right one immediately with a prepaid label for the wrong one.
