KAMIYU currently ships within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are outside the United States, join our email list and we will tell you when that changes.

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours on business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are dispatched on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when you order and a separate email with tracking when your parcel leaves our warehouse in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking email has not arrived within three business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email hello@kamiyu.co and we will resend it.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier backlogs, severe weather and public holidays can add time, and none of that is within our control. What is within our control is answering you: if your tracking has not moved for five business days, email us and we will chase the carrier or send a replacement.
Please check your address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you and reship it free of charge once. If you notice the mistake before dispatch, email us straight away and we will correct it.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. Because we ship domestically only, there are no import duties on U.S. orders.
